How to manage your subscription purchased on our website?
You can view or cancel your subscription at the Manage Subscription page:
- Enter the email address you used to register an account with Calistway.
- Enter the 4-digit security code sent to the registered email address (If you are not receiving the email with the security code, please check the spam folder. If the problem persists, please contact Calistway support at help@calistway.com.)
- Once inside, view or cancel your subscription with one simple click!
If your current plan was started on our website, please reach out to Calistway customer support and request a cancellation.
To help us find your account quickly, include the following in your message:
- A clear request to cancel (for example: “Cancel my Calistway subscription”).
- Use the same email you used to subscribe and log into the Calistway app (or include that email in your message).
- Please include any other details that could help identify your account (such as a payment receipt or purchase confirmation email, etc.).
- Finally, sent an email containing the above to help@calistway.com
